Park Inflatable Rental Process
1. Contact local park office to get a permit for inflatable rentals for your event date.
Please Note:
-
Some parks do not allow bouncers and jumpers
-
Some parks only allow specific sized bouncers.

Some parks do not require a permit.
2. Reserve your desired inflatable, along with a generator if the park does not offer electricty (make sure to note which area of the park you will be located in).
NOTE: LATEST PICKUP FOR PARK RENTALS IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE SUNDOWN
Rentals Checklist
Please review our Rentals Checklist to make sure you have everything ready and prepared for your event date. Just like you, we want everything to run smoothly during your event. Therefore, we have prepared this checklist for you to make sure you know what will be required of you and the products you are renting from All About The Bounce.
1. Check Space Required (requirements found on product page)
2.Check Electricity Required
If setup location is more than 25 feet away from the closest electrical outlet you must notify us so we can make sure the driver brings an extension cord for your order. Inflatables CANNOT be setup more than 100 feet away from the closes electrical outlet.
All blowers require a 15 amp dedicated circuit. All inflatables require 1 blower/outlet.
If there is no electrical outlet available, or within 100 feet, than a Generator is required.
3.Check path to setup location, is it easily accessible?
4.Will there be other items needed for setup?
Water Slides: a regular garden hose is needed
5.Confirm your reservation. We will call you 3-4 days before your rental date. If your unable to answer, please return our call at (954)624-6869 to confirm.
On Event Date
1.Have the setup location cleared and ready.
2.Have path to the setup location cleared and ready.
3.Be prepared to provide electricity or show us where it is located.

Insurance Information
All About The Bounce is fully insured and delivers to all city, county, and state parks that allow inflatables. Generally public facilities such as parks and recreation centers require the party host to acquire additional insurance from the vendors insurance provider in order to list the city and all its officers as an undersigned in the insurance policy.
It is recommended to reserve products approximately 5-7 days before events that require additional insurance to allow time for processing the required paperwork.

Weather Policy
WEATHER POLICY: There are 2 reasons for a full refund of your deposit:
1. High winds and it is too dangerous to setup a bounce house.
2. You have canceled your reservations for your party at least 5 days in advance.
If, on the day of your event, you feel the weather conditions are too dangerous then you have the option to reschedule. However, you will not receive a refund.
Safety Rules
At All About The Bounce, safety is our number one priority. We check all rentals prior to delivery and after in order to ensure everything is clean and in good working order. We take the time required to instruct renters and attendants on safety rules and procedures before, during, and after use.

Inflatable Safety Rules
DO NOT enter inflatable unless attendant is on duty!
Follow attendant or operator instructions at all times.
If weather conditions get bad, or if the inflatable begins to deflate, stop playing, remain calm, and carefully exit the inflatable.
DO NOT use inflatables during inclement weather (rain, hale, or when winds exceed 20mph).
Remove all sharp and pointed objects before entering.
Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry before entering.
No tumbling, flipping, wrestling, chasing, or piling on others.
No rough play inside inflatable units.
Do not play near the entrance or exit.
Do not jump against, climb, or play near the sides or walls.
No unevenly matched users.
ONLY Adults with Adults and Children with Children.
Do not enter inflatable if you are pregnant or have any physical problems.
Only one rider sliding at a time.
Inflatable Slides: correct sliding method is seated, feet in front of you. Do Not Slide head first.
